The twenty-eight in October 2010 the Italian Church has issued pastoral guidelines for the next decade. Over the next ten years, the Church would be halted and reversed back to the state of emergency in education so that our bishops concerned, but also all those who in any way involved in education. The guidelines represent a starting point from which to address the "educational challenge" that the "mediocrity" and the ideology of social "Nothing" is launching all the real men of the twenty-first century.
